SHIPPING LOCATIONS

If your location is not available when checking out but you would still like to order, please follow all of these instructions to streamline the process:

    • Please e-mail to hello@sculptedreef.com
    • include your shipping address;
    • include the link(s) of which items you would like to order.

    If it is possible to ship to your location, we will inform you of the details and shipping cost. If you confirm to go ahead with your purchase, we will set up a custom order. You will receive a link to check out your order securely.

     

    SHIPPING TIME

    PROCESSING TIME:
    This is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping. We generally ship in 1 - 3 business days.     To calculate the total shipping time, add the processing time to the transit time. 

    TRANSIT TIMES:
    Parcels will always include tracking, however some shipping destinations do not provide tracking. This depends on the postal services and is outside our control. 

    Transit times are shown before check out.

    We do our best to meet the shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the time of the year. Some periods around holidays are busy, unforeseen delays may occur. 

    Please keep in mind shipping is calculated in business days (for real time, consider weekends, bank holidays etc.)

     

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS

    UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Buyers note: Sculpture ships TARIFF-FREE! Sculpture is exempt from customs taxes, duties, or fees. Exempt under IEEPA's "informational materials" exemption (a provision protecting artwork and other expressive works from trade restrictions) (HTS Chapter 97, heading 9703). This includes protection from the current 2026 section 122 Tariffs. 

    This exemption covers custom duties and tariffs specifically, some carriers may still separately charge extra handling fees (extremely rare, unrelated to the tariff exemption above.)

    EUROPEAN UNION Buyers: You are charged a VAT of 9%, this is included in your price when checking out, you have to do nothing extra, no import applies.

    UNITED KINGDOM: Shipping is available, duties may apply. Use a trade assistant like: https://trade.ec.europa.eu/access-to-markets/en/my-trade-assistant  to check whether you will be charged duties. Use HS code: 970390 export country: the Netherlands, destination country: Your country.

    FOR NON-USA, NON-EUROPEAN UNION - INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: How to check for customs and import taxes: Use a trade assistant like: https://trade.ec.europa.eu/access-to-markets/en/my-trade-assistant  to check whether you will be charged duties. Use HS code: 970390 export country: the Netherlands, destination country: Your country.

    We are not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, unexpected circumstances, etc.

    All parcels are shipped DAP (delivery-at-place) unless a prior arrangement is made with you. Buyer/receiver is responsible for any extra shipping fees, taxes, duties or customs charged. Some carriers may charge extra handling fees (extremely rare), please reach out to hello@sculptedreef.com if you are asked to pay before receipt, we will do our best to assist you.

     

    SHIPPING COST

    Shipping cost is calculated by the weight, size, destination and service type of your order. Therefore you will be required to first add the items you want to the cart and then fill in a shipping address to accurately reflect the shipping cost.
