SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Shipping is available to the following locations, you can check out easily using the shop system:

    • The Netherlands, Caribbean Netherlands
    • European Union, Europe
    • Australia, New Zealand
    • Brazil, Canada, Greenland, Mexico, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands,
    • Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea

    If your location is not on this list but you would still like to order, please follow all of these instructions to streamline the process:

      • include your shipping address;
      • include the link(s) of which items you would like to order.

      If it is possible to ship to your location, we will inform you of the details and shipping cost. If you confirm to go ahead with your purchase, we will set up a custom order. You will receive a link to check out your order securely.

      SHIPPING TIME

      ✪ Processing time: This is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping. We generally ship in 1 - 3 business days.

      To calculate the total shipping time, add the processing time to the transit time.

      TRANSIT TIMES:
      Parcels will always include tracking, however some shipping destinations do not provide tracking. This depends on the postal services and is outside our control.
      - The Netherlands: 2 -3 business days
      - West Europe: 3 - 7 business days
      - Europe: 5 - 7 business days
      - Canada, North America, Australia: 8 - 12 business days
      - Brazil, Mexico: 9 - 14 business days
      - Worldwide (Other): 9 - 30 business days

      We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the time of the year. Some periods around holidays are busy, unforeseen delays may occur. 

      Please keep in mind shipping is calculated in business days (for real time, consider weekends, bank holidays etc.)

      ✪ Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

      SHIPPING COST

      Shipping cost is automatically calculated by the weight, size and destination of your order. Therefore you will be required to first add the items you want to the cart and then fill in a shipping address to accurately reflect the shipping cost.
