Octopus Sculptures

2020 - Ongoing
A series of free-standing octopus sculptures depicting the beauty and unique characteristics of different octopus species with the occasional appearance of colorful art that mixes iconic real life species patterns with unusual color palettes and themed paintwork.

 

Shelltopus

2021 - Ongoing
A series of unnumbered, small sculptures, originally inspired by the resourcefulness of the Coconut Octopus (Amphioctopus marginatus), whom are often observed using sea shells and coconut shells for shelter. This series includes depictions of real life species along more imaginative color palettes and (unusual) themed patterns.

 

Sculpted Reef 

2023 - Ongoing
An expansion into Octopus and Coral Reef themed work which focuses on vibrant color and texture while exploring a variety of materials.
