SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally, do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, Sahasa ships internationally.

When checking out, after entering your shipping address, the shipping method(s) available for your country will automatically appear.

If your location does not have a shipping method(s) available but you would still like to order, please e-mail to hello@sculptedreef.com and we'll do our best to arrange it.

Q: There is a shipping method available but it takes too long, can you provide Express Shipping to my location?
A: If Express Shipping is available to your country, we'll be happy to arrange this for you, please send us an e-mail with your shipping address, phone number (for shipping purposes) and links to the item(s) you'd like to purchase, we'll set up a custom order for you.

Please note: not all countries are currently eligible for Express Shipping, but please get in touch and we'll ask our postal carrier for options.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: After entering your shipping information, you'll be able to select a shipping method (if shipping is available to your location.)

The shipping method(s) available will list how many business days transit is expected to take, not taking into account any unforeseen delays due to extreme weather or delays in customs.

Please note transit times are in business days.

Take the expected transit time and add 1 - 3 days of processing time. Processing time is the time needed to process your payment and prepare your order for shipment, such as wrapping your item(s) and preparing documents for customs. How quickly your parcel is processed depends on the amount of open orders and the payment method chosen.

Please note we do our best to meet the stated timelines but can't guarantee them and are not responsible for postal carrier delays.

Q: Does my parcel come with a tracking link?
A: 
If tracking is available in your country, it will say so when selecting a shipping method, before checkout. Most countries and types of shipping will include tracking. Remote locations may not have tracking available. 

Q: My tracking link doesn't work / I need assistance with tracking my order.
A: Please manually copy and paste your tracking code over on this page. US based customers, please use this page, it's possible to sign up for e-mail notifications.

ARTWORK / AVAILABILITY

Q: I can't find the artwork I saw on your social media in your shop.
A: All my available art is on this website. If you can't find a piece it's most likely already sold or not listed yet.

If you'd like to be notified about new work, I highly recommend subscribing to my newsletter. You will receive, on average, one e-mail per month.

Q: Do you offer commissions / make custom art?
A: Commissions / customs are closed indefinitely, thank you for your interest.

Q: What are your sculptures made of?
A: Generally, they are made of clay over a wire armature. For specific answers, look in the description of the particular artwork in the shop.

Q: I have a question about my order that's not answered in this F.A.Q.
A: Please e-mail to hello@sculptedreef.com with your question. Please put your order number in the subject line, this will allow me to assist you more quickly. For security reasons, only use the e-mail address associated with your order.
