Q: Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, U.S. Shipping is available. Checking out through the automated cart, your parcel will be shipped DAP (Delivered-at-Place). Please read the questions below for more information.

Q: Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
A: 
Yes, Shipping is available. Please note you are likely to be charged a small percentage of your parcel's value upon import. If you'd like to know the amount up front, send an e-mail to request this information.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes, customs duties, tariffs etc.?
A: When using any of the automated in cart shipping options, parcels are sent DAP (Delivered-At-Place), this means you will be responsible to pay for any applicable Taxes, Customs Duties, Tariffs etcetera upon receipt.

Q: How do I know if I have to pay taxes, customs duties, tariffs etc.?
A:
Artwork, specifically sculpture is shipped under HS Code 97039(000). Please refer to the Customs Office information of your country, using the HS code and value of the item you are interested in.

It is possible to arrange a DDP (Delivery-Duty-Paid) parcel for many countries, meaning you'll be able to receive your parcel more quickly and paid up front. Instead of checking out with the cart, send an e-mail to: hello@sculptedreef.com to request a quote. Be sure to provide your shipping address and a list of which item(s) you'd like to order.

Q: Why do you charge X amount for shipping?

The prices you see are as currently charged by the postal carriers. They are subject to change.

Q: Do you ship internationally, do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, a number of countries are able to check out automated through the cart. Please be aware all parcels are DAP (Delivered-at-Place). Meaning you are responsible for any applicable taxes, custom duties etc. If you'd like to receive your parcel DDP (Delivered-Duty-Paid) please reach out to request a quote.

Q: There is a shipping method available but it takes too long, can you provide Express Shipping to my location?
A: N
ot all countries are eligible for Express Shipping, but please get in touch and we'll ask our postal carriers for options.

 

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: After entering your shipping information, you'll be able to select a shipping method (if shipping is available to your location.)

The shipping method(s) available will list how many business days transit is expected to take, not taking into account any unforeseen delays due to extreme weather or delays in customs.

Please note transit times are in business days.

Take the expected transit time and add 1 - 3 days of processing time. Processing time is the time needed to process your payment and prepare your order for shipment, such as wrapping your item(s) and preparing documents for customs.

How quickly your parcel is processed depends on the amount of open orders and the payment method chosen. PayPal paid orders are generally processed faster. Card payments that are made through any other service can take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Please note we do our best to meet the stated timelines but can't guarantee them and are not responsible for postal carrier delays, customs, tariffs etc.

 

Q: Does my parcel come with a tracking link?
A:
Most countries and types of shipping will include tracking. Remote locations may not have tracking available. If you'd like to make sure tracking is available, send an e-mail before placing any orders.

 

Q: My tracking link doesn't work / I need assistance with tracking my order.
A: Can't find your parcel? Don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

ARTWORK / AVAILABILITY

Q: I can't find the artwork I saw on your social media in your shop.
A: If you can't find a piece it's most likely already sold or not yet listed.

If you'd like to be notified about new work, I recommend subscribing to my newsletter. You will receive, on average, one e-mail per month.

Q: Do you offer commissions / make custom art?
A: Commissions / customs are closed indefinitely, thank you for your interest.

Q: What are your sculptures made of?
A: Generally, they are made of clay over a wire armature. For specific answers, look in the description of the particular artwork in the shop.
