Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website (the "Service") operated by Art By Sahasa ("I", "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

When you visit Art By Sahasa or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. 6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Art By Sahasa and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Art By Sahasa does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Art By Sahasa itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
7. LOSS & DAMAGES
In order to claim damages you will need to take the box the item was sent in, wrapping, padding, and the damaged item(s) itself to your local post office to have a CN-24 form and damage report made, both of which you will need to e-mail to me, so I can forward these to my postal carrier. I cannot claim damages from my postal carrier if this process is not initiated by yourself. The protocol is designed this way to avoid insurance fraud. If you can't or aren't willing to have a CN-24 form and damage report made and send both to me, I cannot refund you.
Refund amount will depend on the postal carrier's final decision.
Items that were sent without tracking and insurance are not eligible for damages / loss claims. Please make sure to contact me prior to purchase if you would like to add tracking and insurance.
8. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Art By Sahasa reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
